Service Portal
The Service Portal is one location for building announcements, billing reports, and tenant requests.
The Management Office establishes a Service Portal account for every tenant and designates at least one person per tenant as an administrator. If you have not received your username and password, please contact the Management Office.

Service Portal Navigation
Visit the Service Portal and use the menu on the left for the following:
New Service Request
- Submit service requests
My Service Requests
- Track the status of service requests
- View service billing information
My Colleagues
- View and update your business’s primary contact information
Tenant Administrator Access Only
To Authorize
- This is a list of open service requests that require tenant authorization. Tenants have the option to authorize, decline or request an estimate for the service.
Authorize Settings
- Set up automatic authorization for certain types of service requests.
New Colleague
- Add colleagues as users within your account
- Choose which kinds of notifications you would like to receive
- Sign up to receive email announcements from the Management Office “Announcements”
Invite Colleague
- Send an email invitation to colleagues to become users within your account
- On the Invite Colleagues screen, enter the email addresses of the colleagues that you want to invite to use the Service Portal
